Residential Property Management the way we work
We offer residential housing societies A management services to ensure your investment is well-maintained and profitable. From collection of maintenance charges, we handle it all.
We do handle your day to day issues/ complaints from Residing members if they face any problems. We will assign a team personally to take care of your society.
What We do is :-
1) Maintenance collection from each members ( every month).
2) Depositing in bank & Handling society banking.
3) Maintaining records in Excel as well as manually.
4) Helping to arrange AGM in proper planning. (Will arrange
everything )
5) Helping to maintain your lift issues if occur anytime. will
follow up with your vendor. Or will maintain AMC
6) Helping to maintain your Housekeeping staff & issues &
will also help to provide all housekeeping stuff on extra cost.
7) Helping to maintain your Security & there issues.
8) We can arrange Water tank cleaning service at extra cost &
can manage the AMC records to get tank clean accordingly.
9) We can arrange General or personal Pest control for society
or flats on extra cost & can manage the AMC record for
society to get the pest control job done as per AMC.
10. We can arrange to install new CCTV camera's or to maintain
your AMC services to make sure all camera's are in
Working conditions.
11. Also we provide Plumber/Electrician & Carpenter on extra cost.
12. IN short we take care of each & everything as per society needs.
Note:- * Please note the extra charges will be charged as
per billing/material cost or labour charges only. We will not
charge anything extra from society.
